Process Flow Introduction

Raw materials

100% of raw materials are inspected on site, labeled according to grades and specifications, and raw material batch numbers are compiled to ensure the traceability of manufactured products and the consistency and stability of manufactured products.

Powdering

Utilizing digital weighing systems, conical mixers and vibrating platforms, we control the raw material ratios and mixing uniformity of the powder making process to ensure the consistency of the internal quality of the product.

Pressing

With all kinds of specifications of production molds, isostatic pressure equipment to complete the powder pressing, in the process of pressing billet molding to ensure the denseness of the internal organization.

Sintering

After the powder is molded, the dense body obtained by vacuum sintering equipment is a polycrystalline material. By controlling the sintering time, temperature and other parameters, the sintering process is obtained to directly affect the microstructure of the grain size, pore size and the shape and distribution of grain boundaries, which is the core process of powder sintering.

Forging

By being precise about the processing rate of forging and the forging temperature, the process allows the material to achieve higher density, superior mechanical properties, and serves to strengthen the surface.

Rolling

With advanced cold and hot rolling technology and equipment for insoluble metals, from tungsten and molybdenum metal open billet to the production of tungsten and molybdenum metal foils, the metal material undergoes continuous plastic deformation under the pressure of rotating rolls to obtain the required cross-sectional shapes and properties.

Heat Treatment

The use of vacuum furnaces and heat treatment of hydrogen furnaces on the material of different process characteristics of heat treatment, so that the internal structure of the material stress is completely eliminated, the performance of the material to play the material properties, but also make the material again easier to follow up mechanical processing.

Mechanical Processing

The heat-treated materials are processed according to the design drawings, and then processed by turning, milling, cutting, grinding and other machining equipment to become a variety of customized sizes for customers, to meet a greater variety of use requirements and surface requirements.

Quality Inspection

Each processing link has special quality inspection, and when the products are put into storage, the appearance, size and internal organization of the materials are tested one by one to ensure the stability and consistency of the products.
